Lexstores large offers your customers a fast and efficient collection method. Through a MyLex order, your customers gain access to your collection point and can collect their order themselves.
Your B2C or B2B customers receive a QR code immediately after ordering. Through the QR code, you give the customer access to collect the order. After leaving the Lexstore, the invoice and stock differences are processed immediately digitally. You supply the inventory yourself or, if desired, through the service of Lexrent.
Through the familiar Airport QR Tech controlled lock, equipped with cameras and sensors, the customer enters the unmanned area, where the package is ready to be picked up.
In addition, Lexstores large offers you a central back-office voice support if a customer needs assistance. Our operator will be in direct contact with your customer.
